If the case appears stuck, update first, make inventory space, record the visible prompt, and test the case with both empty hands and the selected product state only if the current UI asks for it. Avoid destroying the case or discarding stock. A ready page needs a post-Update-#5 keyboard/mouse and controller capture showing remove, replace, cancellation and full-inventory outcomes.
