That report is historical, not a current quest recipe. Update #5 later says project completion in the Project window was fixed. If the completion button is disabled on the current build, record the item quality, each displayed slot and the journal objective before restarting; do not keep donating unverified extra items merely because a duplicate slot appears.

The full Project Code Green route still needs a clean 1.0 reproduction: unlock trigger, requester, every objective in order, exact Garden Buns requirements by quality, delivery interface, completion reward and post-Update-#5 behavior. None of those can be inferred from the bug thread.
